Our new E-Commerce Padded Kraft Mailer range, designed to meet the growing demand for sustainable, functional, and consumer-friendly packaging solutions in the
online retail space. 130gsm 100% recycled brown kraft paper and featuring a robust ‘egg carton’ style embossed padding on the inside to protect the contents during the postage journey, making them ideal for a wide variety of soft goods and accessories. If additional protection is required for very fragile items, hex wrapping can be used to increase product protection.
Each mailer is printed with essential usage instructions, the Australian Recycling Label (ARL), and sustainability messaging to guide consumers on proper disposal. The design includes a perforated straight-line tear strip for easy opening and dual adhesive seals, enabling the mailer to be reused for returns.
